Having a hard time getting a hold of Columbia House customer service?

Today's latest find was the very well hidden Columbia House dvd club customer service phone number. There was an unauthorized charge from them on my bank statement today and after much searching and about a dozen phone numbers listed that were no longer in service, I finally found a number to call to speak with someone directly about the charge.
