SugarSync Has Really Dropped the Ball!!

I am just so disappointed in SugarSync! Yes, I was raving about them not very long ago, but very soon after that post they started hosing me out of my referral credits and, frankly, I'm really irritated with it! They advertise that you can get double bonus space for all referrals right now, but what they neglect to tell you is that they have no intention of following though and giving you that bonus space anymore. It was working perfectly for awhile and then about the time they upped everyone's initial amount of free space to 5 GB, the bonus referrals credits stopped applying to my account. According to their forum, I am not the only person experiencing this and it has been a couple of weeks now and nothing has been done to fix the issue on their part. I suspect that the issue will work itself out about the time the double referral credit promotion ends. How disappointing - I really liked this company until they pulled this - pretty scandalous, if you ask me! If you advertise a promotion, you need to be willing to and ABLE to honor it!
